Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled. Once an order has left our facility we are unable to issue a return/refund/exchange, we cannot make any exception to this policy. However, if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email to choudharyairguns@gmail.com. We provide a 24-hour time frame for cancellations from the time of purchase.
Warranty
Warranty for the products manufactured in India is to be claimed with the manufacturer. We will only offer repair services in case of any defects.
Returns and Cancellation for COD Orders
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled, however, if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email to choudharyairguns@gmail.com. If the consignee has placed a Cash on delivery order and fails to accept it at the time of delivery or cancels the order after it is shipped from our facility, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
Defective Products
Because we are unable to accept returns or refunds, every gun we sell will undergo a thorough quality review before they are shipped out. We can not assume responsibility for damage caused by altering or modifying the gun. We do however offer repair services that may include a cost to you, if you need repair service on a gun you bought from us please raise a service request on our website by filling the service request form under the support category or email us on choudharyairguns@gmail.com and we will be glad to help.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible with an appropriate image. In line with our 2 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement. Please note courier charges for the return won't be borne by the company. Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
