Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 working days. www.choudharyairguns.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per address provided while placing the online order or to the nearest godown as per the services reach of the courier company. choudharyairguns is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

Once your order is received it must undergo a verification process that includes a review of your required documents (Adhaar card, Voter ID, Passport) as a quality assurance review of the airgun(s). This verification takes up to 3 days for us to complete, once we ship your order we will update your delivery ETA.

Most orders are delivered between 10 to 15 business days using reputable Surface courier, and we ship orders Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays. Please note: orders are only able to be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we try to delivery it to the closest godown of the courier company in your region.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please make a video of unboxing the package and send it to us on choudharyairguns@gmail.com. Also, please call our customer care at 8920269723 or email us at choudharyairguns@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original documents, product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
